Yet Another case against Aminul for land grabbing

Barrister Aminul Haque, the ex-BNP minister for post and telecommunications was sued in another case for land grabbing at Godagari upazila yesterday. With this, he was charged in total 4 cases.

Golam Mostafa, a homeopath doctor of Ramnagar village lodged the case against total 10 persons.

He alleged that the accused persons in association with each other forcibly captured a piece of his land measuring 13-decimal at Dayingpara areas on April 13 last year.

The plaintiff said in his case, he was forced to sign an agreement of giving the land away to Godagari Banik Samity president Ashraful Haq following terrorism and threats by the accused.

Other accused persons in the case include – the ex-minister's maternal uncle (mama) and Godagari municipal BNP president Rafik Uddin, secretary and municipal chairman Anwarul Islam,Tarikul Islam, ward commissioner Mofazzal Hossain, Tofazzal Hossain, BNP adherent Ahmed Ali, Tarikul Islam, Nazrul and Eltaz.
