The court also fixed May 6 for hearing. Shahidullah, also husband of executed JMB kingpin Bangla Bhai's niece was held in Bogra on Wednesday.

Shahidullah confessed to be one of the planners of Prof Yunus murder.

CID informed a Rajshahi court that JMB's Rajshahi zonal commander Shafiullah Tarik confessed the killing providing judicial statement in Gazipur over a blast case of Joydevpur on April 13, 2006.

Then a previous police finding of Shibir involvement into the killing was brushed aside.

Total six militants were shown arrested in the case so far while another four militants were still in police haunt.

Arrestees include -- militant kingpin Asadullah Al Galib's grandson Shafiullah Tarik, Galib's Ahle Hadith Jubo Shangha (AHJS) adherent Golamur Rahman, Abu Isa Enamul and JMB cadre Abul Kashem Tufan.
